Initial Consultation: $50

All prospective clients are encouraged to schedule an initial consultation. This consultation is $50, that can be paid when you schedule. Prior to the initial consultation, I will review any records you have provided. At the consultation I will ask questions to understand your child’s needs, to learn about your concerns, and to help you identify the next steps in the process.  Please complete the CLIENT INTAKE FORM and RELEASE OF LIABILITY prior to this meeting to make the most of our time together. I'll follow up with an email recapping our conversation, and providing discussed resources, and possible next steps.

My goal is for you to get as much information as possible out of this time together, and give you a direction to move in whether or not you retain my services. You are under NO OBLIGATION to retain my services after this consultation, and I will not pressure you to make a decision.

Contracted Services: $100/hr

After the initial consultation, advocacy services are billed at the rate of $100 per hour.  A reduced rate applies for days of scheduled State Mediation. A prepayment of $500 for five hours of advocacy services will be collected as part of your Service Agreement. If, at the conclusion of services, you have required fewer than five hours of service, I will refund the remaining balance. If you require more than five hours of service, the pre-paid package must be renewed prior to additional services being rendered.  

Once a contract is signed, I will send you a monthly statement billing you for any and all time spent on your child’s case, including time spent reviewing records, phone consultations with you, attendance at meetings, e-mail communication, and any and all other services requested or initiated by you. I bill in 10 minute increments. 

If local travel is required, you will be billed at a rate of $0.655 cents per mile for distances over 20 miles from my primary business location in Dallas, TX. Travel time will be billed at the regular rate. Not local travel will be considered and billed on a case by case basis.
